Joshua Cain Ross, age 21, passed away on August 15, 2017. Born in Mt. Sterling, KY he is the son of Richard Raye Ross and the late George Ann "Joyce" Johnson and was a graduate of Powell County High School. Josh Ross is survived by his father, Richard (Mae Nicole Frazier) Ross; paternal grandfather, Donald (Brenda) Ross; paternal grandmother, Brenda (Rusty) Marksberry; maternal grandfather, Raymond Tharpe and the late Ruby Tharpe; two sons, Joshua James Ross and Damien Wayne Ross; two brothers, Brandon VanPelt and Dylan Ray Ross; one sister, Tabitha Nicole Tharpe and his aunt, Quena Ross. Memorial services officiated by Bro. Kai Steinmann will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, August 21, 2017 at Hearne Funeral Home. Visitation begins at 5:00 P.M. until time of the service at the funeral home. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
