James Daniel Moore, age 64, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Hospice of Warren and Butler Counties, Trenton, Ohio. Born in Morgan County, Kentucky he was the son of the late Cecil A. Moore, Sr. and the late Jessie Pearl Puckett Moore. He was a former factory employee of Akers Packaging Company and he was a member of Family Faith Chapel in Middletown, Ohio. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Tonya Sue Moore and by his sister, Betty Tolson. He is survived by four sons: Matt Moore, Dan Moore and John Moore all of Hamilton, Ohio and by Jamie Moore of Middletown, Ohio; seven brothers: Rondall Moore of Clay City, Cecil Moore, Jr. and his wife Charlene of Greenville, SC, George Moore and his wife Jatana of Piedmont, SC, Larry Moore and his wife Lisa, Jack Moore, Roger Moore and his wife Mary and Roy Moore and his wife Ruth all of Middletown, Ohio and three sisters: Barbara Venters and her husband Jesse of Trenton, Ohio, Wanda Begley and her husband J. B. and Sandra Stacy and her husband Richard of Middletown, Ohio. Funeral services officiated by Bro. George Moore, Bro. Cecil Moore, Jr., Bro. Roy Moore and Bro. Cecil Venters will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Old Paths Holiness Church, 576 Brush Creek Road, Clay City, Kentucky. Visitation begins on Wednesday from 12:00 P.M. until time of funeral at the church. Interment will be in the Moore Family Cemetery, Brush Creek Road, Clay City, Kentucky with his brothers serving as pallbearers. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
