Norma Faye Howell Nolan, age 81, East Railroad Street, Stanton, KY passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 at Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born in Powell County, KY she was the daughter of the late Vercil and Maude Belcher Howell. Faye Nolan was a member of Harg Church of God and she was a former factory employee of Powell Manufacturing. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two sons, Larry Nolan and Clinton Nolan and by two daughters, Judy Nolan and Joyce Becraft. She is survived by one son, Roger (Ruthie) Nolan of Stanton; two daughters: Minnie (John, Jr.) Willoughby of Stanton and Melissa (Doug) Pelfrey of Lexington; three brothers: Joe (Debbie) Barnes of Winchester, Virgil (Kaye) Barnes of Jackson and Johnny Allen Barnes of Campton; two sisters: Denia Barnes of Lexington and Alfreda Barnes of Stanton; 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services officiated by Rev. Max Molihan and Rev. Forrest Turpin will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Visitation begins at 5:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mt. Cannan Cemetery with Greg Chamberlain, Michael Willoughby, Carl Nolan, Larry Nolan II, Mark Nolan, Jonathon Tipton, Dustin Becraft and Nathan Chamberlain serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Lillie Mae Puckett, Bobby and Janice Pelfrey, Howard and Betty Pelfrey, John and Gail Brewer and Thaleena Allen. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
