Weldon Flynn "Sonny" McWilliams, age 77, of Stanton, KY passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015. Born in Chattanooga, TN he was the son of the late Wallace McWilliams and the late Mable Hamilton McWilliams. He was a veteran of the U S Navy and a retired plumber. He is survived by three stepsons: Johnny (Shelly) Hall and James Campbell of Stanton and Danny Perry of Somerset; three stepdaughters: Glenda (Lonnie Morgan) Lacy of Stanton, Pam (Ronnie Taylor) Tipton of Lexington and Priscilla Hall of Campton; 11 step grandchildren: Kelly Hall, Jonathan Hall, Jordan Hall, Nichole Jackson, Kyle Lacy, Kayla Lacy, Hunter Morgan, James Lee Campbell, Jr., Jacob Campbell, Jason Taylor and Carson Taylor and three step great grandchildren: Abel Hall, Jayleigh Hall and Landon Hall. Funeral services officiated by Bro. Steven Williams will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, July 5, 2015 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. Sunday until time of funeral at the funeral home. Interment will be in Knox Cemetery, Stanton, KY with Phillip Svatba, Mike Martin, Earl Moore, Simon Rogers, Easter McCoy, Jamie Townsend and Justin Tincher serving as pallbearers.
