Thomas Lester Coleman, age 75, of 10th Avenue, Clay City, KY passed away on Monday, March 16, 2015 at his residence. Born in Greasy Creek, KY he was the son of the late Elbert and Myrtle Hopkins Coleman. He was a veteran of the U S Air Force and a former mechanic at Lockheed Martin. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by three brothers, Everett Coleman, Ernest Coleman and Phillip Coleman and by one sister, Rose Hemphill. Surviving relatives are one son, Gary Allen Coleman and his wife Sandy of Stanton; one daughter, Donna Sue Coleman of Stanton; two brothers, Estill Coleman of South Shore and Eddie Wade Coleman of Tampa, FL; two sisters, Lillie Tate of Covington, GA and Jerrene Kendrick and her husband Gary of Griffin, GA; a sister-in-law, Deloris Coleman of Greasy Creek and two grandchildren, Christina Marie Williams and her husband Jeffrey of Lexington and Christopher Winwright Coleman of Lexington. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will be in Donnie G.
