Amber Lynn Caudill, age 19, died on December 23, 2014 at her residence on Oxford Drive in Winchester, KY. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she was the daughter of Marc A. Caudill and Karen Hoskins Caudill. Amber graduated from Powell County High School in 2013 and was a sophomore at Eastern Kentucky University. She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents Shirley Barnett Bolduc and Malcolm Lovell Caudill; maternal great grandparents, Dollie Barnett, Simpson Barnett, Marcella "Cricket" Hoskins and John William Hoskins and by her maternal grandmother, Floria Iline Barnett Hoskins. She is survived by her father, Marc A. Caudill of Clay City, KY; her mother, Karen Hoskins Caudill of Stanton, KY; her fiancé, David Arbic of Winchester, KY; one brother, Jacob Anthony Caudill of Morehead, KY; two sisters, Laken Iline Short of Stanton, KY and Kelcy Dawn Short of Nashville, TN; paternal great grandparents Richard Edward Bolduc and Julia Caudill of Clay City, KY; paternal grandparents, Malcolm (Claudette) Caudill, Jr. of Lawrenceburg, KY and Cynthia Bolduc (Michael) Davis of Morehead, KY; maternal grandparents Gary Warren (Linda) Hoskins of Stanton, KY along with her special grandparent, Linda Miller of Georgetown, KY and special aunt, Teresa Melton of Georgetown, KY. Visitation begins at 6:00 P.M. Sunday and funeral services officiated by Bro. Phillip Pogue will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 29, 2014 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will be in Stonegate Cemetery, 27 Stonegate Drive, Stanton, KY with Steve Knox, Alex Bolduc, Steve Everman, Matt Watkins, Seth Caudill, Nicholas Jones, Perry Barnett, Cody Short and Evan Short serving as active pallbearers.
