Woodrow Wilson Frazier, age 90, of Hardwicks Creek Road, Clay City, KY passed away on September 15, 2014 at the V A Medical Center, Lexington, KY. Born in Knowlton, KY he was the son of the late Charlie Clay and Mary Tilda Johnson Frazier. He was a World War II Army Veteran and lifetime member of the American Legion and DAV. He attended Clay City Baptist Church and was a former heavy equipment operator with the Powell County Road Department. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Frazier; one son, Phillip D. (Vivian) Frazier of Clay City, KY; one daughter, Patty (R. Lee) Neal of Clay City, KY; one sister, Vonnie Stewart of Rockford, OH; six grandchildren: Karron (Frank) Carter, Kevin (Arlene) Neal, Phillip Darron (Alicia) Frazier, Kimberly (Russell) Parks, Daphne (Anthony) Fannin and Timothy Frazier and by 13 great grandchildren: Neeli, Tylar, John, Ethan, Rylee, Julia, Grace, Kenna, Kaelyn, Katherine, Dylan, Christian and Molly. Visitation begins at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday and funeral services officiated by Bro. Grider Denney and Phillip D. Frazier will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will be in the Frazier Family Cemetery with Kevin Neal, Phillip Darron Frazier, Anthony Fannin, Frank Carter, Russell Parks and Arnold Ledford serving as active pallbearers.
