Harold Horn, age 85, husband of Naomi Marsh Horn, of Watts Road, Winchester, KY died Friday, March 28, 2014 at Thomson-Hood Veterans Center, Wilmore, KY. Born in Estill County, KY he was the son of the late Henry and Rebecca Puckett Horn. Harold Horn was a U S Army Veteran of the Korean War and a retired quality inspector at Lexington Bluegrass Army Depot. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, a 13th Degree Mason and a Kentucky Colonel. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Katherine Mary Horn; three brothers: Travis Horn, Charles Horn and Floyd Horn and by three sisters: Hazel Tipton, Sue Brewer and Elsie Oliver. Surviving relatives are his wife, Naomi Horn; one son, Dwain and his wife Tammy Horn of Richmond, KY and three sisters: Lorene Trimble of Jeffersonville, KY, Norma Horn and Joyce and her husband Don Clemons of Richmond, KY. Funeral services officiated by Rev. Ted Barker, Rev. Ray Peace and Rev. Mike Albertson will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Hearne Funeral Home, Inc., 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Visitation is from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Winchester Cemetery with Dwain Horn, Frank Brown, Richard Marsh, Jeff Horn, Chris Rawlins, Barry Profitt, Bill Trimble and Tim Marsh serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Tom Marsh, Harry Marsh, Jo Johnson, Barbara Henry, Glenda Roundtree, Johnny Isaacs, Garry Hearne, Ron Puckett, Diane Sems, Jennifer Peace and Teresa Barker.
