Prentys Lehman Combs, 75, of Corbin, KY, formerly of Williamsburg and Clay City, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the Hoparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. He was a retired jobber with Chevron and Ashland Oil companies. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann H. Combs of Corbin, KY and parents, Matthew and Maude Combs of Clay City, KY. Surviving relatives are: two siblings: Darrhyl (Paula) Combs of Clay City, KY and Zula (Jimmie) Lisle of Winchester, KY; four children: Jeff (Kim) Combs of Crestwood, KY; Susan (Steve) Nichols of White House, TN; Debbie (Donnie Bruce) Patrick of LaGrange, KY, and Jay (Julie) Combs of Taylorsville, KY; twelve grandchildren: Kristen Combs, Kailen Combs Taylor, and Jarrod Combs; Joseph, Clayton, Chasity, and Isaiah Nichols; Hannah and Grace Patrick; and Jason, Jonathan, and Jackson Combs. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel, Williamsburg, KY with Rev. Donnie Bruce Patrick & Rev. Steve Nichols officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour on Thursday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M.
