Tony Randall Neal, age 49, of 10th Avenue, Clay City, KY died on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013 at Baptist Health Lexington Hospital. He was a foreman with Westower Communications and he attended the Bowen First Church of God. He is survived by his mother, Janie Fox Rogers and by his father, Tony (Anna) Neal all of Irvine, KY; his darlin, Melissa Rogers Freeman and two stepsons, Kolby Boyd and Kory Freeman all of Clay City, KY; three brothers: Cecil Ray (Rusti) Neal of Clay City, KY, Ronald Wayne (Amber) Rogers, II of Lemon Grove, CA and Jeffrey Neal of Irvine, KY; two sisters: Margaret Denise Neal of Irvine, KY and Nikki (Darren Bloom) Rogers of Clay City, KY and by seven nieces and nephews: Sara Jane Neal, Gracelyn Darlene Neal, Clarissa Rogers, Tori Bloom, Kelly Bloom, Katelyn Neal and Jamie Neal. Visitation only will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Pallbearers are Wayne Rogers, Cecil Neal, Tom Gould, Tim Gould, Darren Bloom, Donnie Lawson, Kolby Boyd, Kory Freeman, Bob Sanders and Jamie Neal. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
