Mary Lois Ware, age 76, wife of Russell C. "Bear" Ware of Hidden Valley Road, Clay City, KY passed away on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013 at Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester, KY. Born in Clay City, KY she was the daughter of the late Everett and Nellie Everman Flinchum. She was a member of West Bend First Church of God and she was a former employee of Kroger. Surviving relatives are her husband, Russell C. Ware; one son, Ricky and his wife Dianna Ware of Winchester, KY; two daughters: Teresa F. Ware of Clay City, KY and Linda and her husband Jimmy Bentley of Cherokee, AL; one sister, Shirley Flinchum Morguson of Winchester, KY; five grandchildren: Rebecca Lucas, Shane Ware, Surbrina Bentley, Chasity Ware and Crystal Meadows and four great grandchildren. Visitation begins at 5:00 P.M. Tuesday and funeral services officiated by Bro. James Harold Combs and Bro. Jimmy Clark will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will be in West Bend Cemetery with Shane Ware, Sheldon Meadows, Jackie Oakley, Anthony Paynter, James South and Winfred Hughes serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan King, Kathy Thurman, Sharon South, Hager and Linda Hollon, Gayle Stewart, Doris Gilbert, Joey and Bert Edwards, Ricky Burrus, Dr. Bennett Asher and Staff, Connie Lewis, Robert and Kaye Richardson, Angie Jackson, Dave Mullen, Mary Virginia Johnson, Carl and Sandy Wells and Hospice East.
