Thelma Jean McIntosh, age 78, wife of Luther McIntosh, of Boone Creek Road, Stanton, KY passed away at Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester, KY on Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Born in Jackson, KY she was the daughter of the late Arch McIntosh and the late Evalee Oaks McIntosh. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Fashion Pentecostal Church of Jackson, KY. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Linda McIntosh and one brother, Richard McIntosh. She is survived by her husband, Luther McIntosh; one son, Gary McIntosh of Livonia, MI; three daughters: Janice McIntosh of Campton, KY, Barbara Noble of Stanton, KY and Patricia (Michael) Sowels of Canton, MI; three brothers: Earl (Julie) McIntosh of Jackson, KY, Donald (Anna) McIntosh of Canton, MI and Clyde McIntosh of Berea, KY; two sisters: Shirley Brown of Rylie, NC and Francis Morgan of Berea, KY along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation begins at 5:00 P.M. on Friday and funeral services officiated by Rev. Terry Landsaw and Rev. Michael Galvin will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will be in Stonegate Cemetery, 27 Stonegate Drive, Stanton, KY with Craig Morgan, Jeffrey Hensley, Kyle Sowels, David Colbas, Josh Pendleton and Michael Sowels serving as active pallbearers.
