Dorothy Louise Brown, age 74, of Maple Street, Stanton, KY passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Lexington, KY Thursday night, July 11, 2013. Born in Stanton, Kentucky she was the daughter of the late J. D. and Martha Coldiron Randall. Dorothy was a former head janitor at Powell County Middle School and she was a member of Grace Fellowship Church of God of Prophecy. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Jackie Ann Nolan; by her brother, William Paul Randall and by her sister, Juanita Jenks. She is survived by three sons: Shane (Rebecca) Nolan of Clay City, KY, Terry (Marie) Nolan and Wesley (Sherrie) Hale both of Stanton, KY; 10 grandchildren: Miranda Nolan, Morgan Nolan, Ryan Nolan, Cody Nolan, Cory Nolan, Collin Hale, Kyle Hale, McKinley Hale, Landon Nolan and Koby Nolan; two great grandchildren: William Nolan and Kennedy Nolan; three step great grandchildren: Liam Samtley, Jayden Samtley and Summer Nolan; a nephew, Mike Jenks and her life long friend, Edith Rogers. Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 13, 2013 and her funeral services officiated by Bro. Dale Payne will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will be in Hatton Creek Cemetery with Gale Means, Kevin Neal, Chris Halsey, Larry Drake, William Dean Rogers, Bobby Drake, Barry Allen and Rog Matthews serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Tina Rogers, Denise Allen, Darlene Drake, Edith Rogers, Carlos Rogers and Mae Knox. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
