Robert Earnest "Bob" Conley, age 76, husband of 44 years to Barbara Back Conley, of Derickson Lane, Stanton, KY passed away at his residence on Saturday, July 6, 2013. Born in Salyersville, KY he was the son of the late Adrian and Opal Hamilton Conley. He was a U S Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and an employee of Square D Company for 37 years. Bob Conley was a dedicated member of the Stanton First Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents, his only son, Robert Shane Conley and four brothers: Gary Conley, Darryl Conley, Jerry Conley and Edward "Louie" Conley. In addition to his wife he is also survived by one daughter, Angela Robin (Michael) Wells of Lexington, KY; three brothers: Ray (Joyce) Conley and Tom (Chris) Conley both of Lexington, KY and Damon (Billie) Conley of Winchester, KY; four sisters: Mildred (Jim) Gilbert of Clay City, KY, Doris (Larry) Mullins of Stanton, KY, Judy (Ira) Ledford and Glenda (Gordon) Miller both of Winchester, KY; sister-in-law, Carolyn Conley of Stanton, KY; two grandchildren: Jonathan (April) Conley and Kaylee McFarland along with several nieces and nephews. Visitation begins at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Hearne Funeral Home, Inc., 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Funeral services officiated by Bro. Anthony Molihan and Bro. Larry Mullins will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Stanton First Church of God, 980 East College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment with military honors will be in the Kennon Cemetery, Hardwicks Creek Road, Clay City, KY. Active pallbearers are Brad Mullins, Kevin Mullins, Tony Miller, Doyle McFarland, Gordon Miller, Jonathan Conley, Travis Miller, J. W. Conley and Alan Ledford.
