Sadie Emma Jones Embs, age 87, of Stanton, KY passed away May 20, 2013 at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, KY. Born in Estill County, KY she was the daughter of the late Nancy Ann Pitts Jones and James Harvey Jones. She was married to Arthur James Embs on Nov. 17, 1960 in Ravenna, KY. He passed away May 27, 1997. They had one daughter, Emma Lois Suzanne Watts and her husband, Earl David Watts along with grandchildren, Kelly Lynn Watts and Earl David Watts, Jr. of Winchester, KY. She had six sisters: Lula E. Pitts and Jenny W. Fultz of Ohio and Mary E. Wright of Florida and the late Sally E. Taschner, Alpha E. Bond and Doris Ruth Fultz and she had three brothers: Paul Jones of Alabama and the late Ancil Lee Jones and Walter Clay Jones. Sadie was a retired farmer and a member of the Methodist Church. Graveside services officiated by Bro. Kenny Wasson will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 22, 2013 in the Crowe Cemetery, Ravenna, KY. Pallbearers are Benny Jones, James Wesley Jones, Rondal Davis, Thomas Tipton, Dillon Stivers and Cory Christopher. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
