J.D. Rawlins

Jepsy Davis (J. D.) Rawlins, age 89, of Wells Street, Clay City, KY died Sunday morning, May 12, 2013 at his residence. Born in Estill County, KY he was the son of the late William and Betty Sparks Rawlins. J. D. was a retired farmer and member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. He is survived by two sons: Niely David Rawlins of Clay City, KY and Charles Rawlins of Irvine, KY, three daughters: Beulah Marie Adams, Maggie Jane Puckett and Joyce Ann (Michael) Mays all of Irvine, KY, eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by one son: William Rawlins. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in the Clay City-Eaton Cemetery. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
