Ella Francis York, age 80, widow of Floyd York, Sr., of Jones Road, Clay City, KY died on March 19, 2013 at her residence. Born in Woodford County, KY she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine Parker Kaenzig and she was a retired employee of Square D Factory. She is survived by three sons: Bobby York of Clay City, KY, Floyd York, Jr. and his wife Faye and Rickie Dean York both of Lexington, KY; one daughter, Patricia Johnston and her husband Ben of Georgetown, KY; two brothers: Sonny Kaenzig and Bill Kaenzig both of Lexington, KY; four sisters: Marilyn Hon of Lexington, KY, Bonnie Sharpe and Shirley Barrett both of Versailles, KY and Terry Taylor of Berea, KY; five grandchildren: Bobby York II, John York, Desiree York, Kane Johnston and William Johnston; five great grandchildren: Halayah York, Tobias York, Alexis York, Brooklyn York and Makenzie York along with her longtime friend, Audrey Humphries. Visitation begins at 5:00 P.M. Thursday and funeral services officiated by Rev. Anthony Molihan will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 22, 2013 at Hearne Funeral Home, Inc., 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will be in Bluegrass Memorial Garden, Nicholasville, KY with Bobby York, Floyd York, Jr., Sonny Kaenzig, Gary Spicer, Jerry Riley and Earl Lyons serving as active pallbearers.
