Fred Patrick, age 79, husband of Kathleen Patrick, of Hardwicks Creek Road, Clay City, KY passed away on August 29, 2012 at his residence. Born in Powell County, KY he was the son of the late Jasper and Molisey Reed Patrick. Fred was a U S Army Korean War veteran and a former dairy manager for Larson Dairy No. 3 in Okeechobee, FL. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by five brothers: Sammy Patrick, General Patrick, Floyd Patrick, Homer Patrick and Roy Patrick and by two sisters: Mary Mills and Martha Profitt. Surviving relatives are his wife, Kathleen Coyle Patrick; two sons: Mitchell David (Lori) Patrick of Stanton, KY and Kenneth Bruce Patrick of Clay City, KY; three grandchildren: Michelle (Jamie) Horton, Brandon (Terri) Patrick and Corrin (Troy Terry) Patrick and by six great grandchildren: Tanner Chaney, Paige Leigh, Bentley Patrick, Gracie Horton, Conner Terry and Kinleigh Patrick. No services will be held. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc. in Stanton, KY.
