Robert Wendell Lake, age 47, of Holman Drive, Stanton, KY passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester, KY. Born in Mt. Sterling, KY he was the son of Gary and JoAnne Halsey Lake. He was a former driver for Ale 8 One Bottling Company, Winchester, KY. Surviving relatives are his parents, Gary and JoAnne Lake of Stanton, KY; his brother, Jonathon and his wife Kimberly Lake of Lexington, KY and his niece, Natalie Lake. Visitation at 5:00 P.M. Friday, September 21, 2012 followed by private funeral services at 7:00 P.M. officiated by Rev. E. G. Clark and Rev. Ed Tackett at Hearne Funeral Home Chapel, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Private graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Resthaven Cemetery, Stanton, KY with Jim Green, Jim Hayes, Bill Lake, Mike Lake, Shane Hall and Chris Halsey serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are John Drew Lake, Jimmy Halsey, Don Lake, Darvel Halsey, Bill Hall, Verlin Halsey, Bob Green, Bill Green, Scott Lake, and Jake Lake.
