Juanita Sue Spradlin passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the age of 72 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky. Sue was born February 25, 1948 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Charles Roy Rice and Fern Marie Stewart. She was a former Office Manager for U.S. Steel, Inc. Sue loved family, enjoyed having large family gatherings, fishing with her family and she loved her dog “Sparky”. She was preceded in death by husband Danny K. Spradlin; loving son Daniel Wayne Reed; brother Charles Roy Rice, Jr.; sister-in-law Linda Carol Rice; and brother-in-law Larry Blevins. Sue is survived by her son William “Bill” Charles Reed and his wife Debra of Isonville,KY; daughter-in-law Kym Reed of Oak Ridge, TN; brother Gary Michael Rice of Monroe, MI; sister Carolyn Kay Blevins of Jeffersonville, KY; and sister-in-law Royetta June Rice of Monroe MI; six grandchildren: Kasey Reed, Katlin Terry, Kristin Reed, Nina Livengood, Kenley Reed and Kelsey Reed and four great grandchildren: Hudson Reed, Hadley Reed, Hunter Reed and Harper Reed and many nieces and nephews.
