Todd Lincoln Paris, age 51, husband of Kristen (Mott) Paris of Rogers, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Kentucky.  Born in Corning, New York, he was the son of Donald Paris and Judith (Perry) Paris, and he worked as the general manager of The Gorge Underground and Red River Gorge Ziplines.  Todd trusted in Jesus Christ  as his personal Savior and served as a deacon at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Stanton, KY. He had also served previously with Word of Life Fellowship, Climbing for Christ Organization, Climbers for Christ Organization, in addition to volunteer work with Kentucky Mountain Mission.  He was an avid  outdoorsman with a passion for rock climbing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and kayaking.  He was a genuine and authentic individual with a quick wit and dry sense of humor.  He was characterized by a deep love for God and his family, and a generous heart for others. In addition to his wife and parents, he is also survived by his son, Gideon Paris of Pottersville, NY; four daughters: Rachel (Micah) McQuillin, of Colorado Springs, CO, Jennifer Paris of Rogers, KY, Melissa Paris of Pottersville, NY, and Moriah Paris of Rogers, KY; three brothers: Michael (Sue) Paris of Attica, NY, Thad (Heather) Paris of Warwick, RI and Mark (Amy) Paris of Chesapeake, VA, and four grandchildren: Jairus, Indira, Kiana, and Cairo McQuillin. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 755 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY with Pastor Doug Turner officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church as well, beginning at 3:00 P.M. until service time at 5:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Stonegate Cemetery in Stanton with Gideon Paris, Micah McQuillin, Donald Paris, Mike Paris, Thad Paris, Brian Linn, Dustin Jordan, and Will Murphy serving as active pallbearers. Memorial donations maybe made to Solid Rock Climbers For Christ at climbersforchrist.org/give and Word of Life Fellowship at wol.org/give. Hearne Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
